If you are not registered with a dentist or you require out of hours help with a dental emergency you can make an appointment with a local dentist who take part in the local scheme. This has been known locally as the Blackpool emergency dentist but the scheme’s full name is the Blackpool Emergency Dental Access Service.

A number of different providers participate in the scheme providing emergency cover for those who need it.
You can also call the same number for help in finding local NHS dentists in your rea who are taking on patients.
The out of hours service is provided by FCMS but still uses the phone number above.
